JUNE 22, 2023 - The Breakdown are thrilled to announce the release of their latest single, "This Rigged Machine", a captivating and honest portrayal of the modern dating experience. Combining their signature sound with insightful lyrics, The Breakdown takes listeners on a heartfelt journey through the challenges of finding genuine connections in today's digital world of ‘swipes’ and superficial interactions.

The track was produced by Andy Strevens who is elevating The Breakdown’s signature style to new hights, creating a sound that resonates with our fans.

The Breakdown has quickly gained a following since their debut album ‘Open the Barricades’, released in 2022. They are now regularly performing in and around London (having recently playing 93 Feet East, Fiddlers Elbow, The Camden Club, and The Amersham Arms), and have featured on a number of high profile music blogs.
